Role Summary

You’re the voice and brand of the organization. You are responsible for bringing new clients, developing existing relationships, increasing our presence and perception in the market and helping us stand out from our competitors. The end result of all this is to close more business for the company. You have great relationship skills and can make anyone feel at ease. You are persuasive, aggressive, eloquent and detail oriented. You have the ability to lead and consistently deliver results.


Bring in new sales (from new customers) and increase existing sales (from existing customers) thus ensuring set targets are met and exceeded.
Make sales calls and attend at least 10 sales meetings per week
Respond and prepare ALL Tenders for which we qualify for.
Develop a new sales process to ensure paperwork and documentation is all in line from the point of order to delivery to invoice.
Develop A yearly marketing plan that includes at least two marketing initiatives per quarter and each initiative should exceed the budget cost by at least 5X
Measure and minimize the value of sales lost by reason. (Measures value of sales lost per time period (month, quarter, year) by the reason it was lost (project killed, competition, price, product feature, not interested, etc.)


Degree or Diploma in sales/Business Management or a related field.
1+ years working experience in sales in the Training and development Industry.
Professional sales training would be an added advantage.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales team.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends based on the need of the business.
